What Connectivity Actually Changes

Behind every statistic is a patient who made it to an appointment, a care coordinator who got through, a chronic condition that got managed before it became a crisis.

Our commitment

Digital Equity Is Health Equity

Connectivity for Good exists because the healthcare system made a promise it couldn't keep — that telehealth would reach everyone. It didn't. It reached people with smartphones, broadband, and the digital literacy to navigate a video visit. It left behind the people who needed it most. Our community impact work is about closing that gap, one patient at a time, in the communities where the gap is widest.

"Before CarePhones, I was missing my follow-up appointments because I couldn't get a ride and I didn't have a phone that worked right. Now my doctor can see me every two weeks without me having to drive 40 miles."

Zero hospitalizations in 14 months following enrollment

"My OB was in Wichita. I live an hour away and don't have a car. CarePhones meant I could do my weekly check-ins from home. My baby was born healthy. I don't know what would have happened otherwise."

The Populations We Prioritize

CarePhones programs are designed around the populations that face the greatest barriers to telehealth access. These are not edge cases — they are the majority of patients in rural and underserved communities.

Trauma-informed design

We Design for the Whole Person, Not Just the Diagnosis

Many of the patients we serve have experienced systemic failures — in healthcare, in housing, in economic opportunity. A trauma-informed approach means we don't assume trust. We earn it. Community health workers who look like the communities they serve. Devices that belong to the patient, not the program. Support that doesn't disappear after 30 days.

Bring This Impact to Your Community

If you lead a health system, a rural health program, or a community organization serving high-need populations — we want to hear about the people you're trying to reach.
